[摘要] 双柳树危改小区是设计实践中有代表性的民用建筑工程，使用功能复杂，平面、立面均不规则。该工程由多个结构形式各异的楼座组成，并由人防地下车库连成一体，形成带整体地下室的多塔楼结构。设计中，各楼座用防震缝分隔成独立的抗震单元，针对每个抗震单元的不同特点，采用多种技术手段，使整个工程做到经济合理，安全可靠。对该项目的结构设计进行了概括总结。

    Structure design of Shuangliushu community

Abstract: The structure design of Shuangliushu Community was a typical one in civil engineering. It had a complex use function, with irregular plane and facade. The building was formed by several different blocks, and connected by the garage under ground, so it comes to be a multi-tower building with an entire basement. The building was separated to independent seismic units by seismic joints. For the different characteristic of every unit, vary techniques were taken, so the project is brought to be economic and reasonable, safe and reliable. The design ofwhole structure was summarized.
