[摘要] 以建于苏州吴中开发区的宝兴大厦为背景，通过几种不同转换方式分析比较，提出了格构式钢骨宽梁转换、内核心钢管混凝土转换柱，为钢骨混凝土转换梁的实际工程应用提供必要的依据和设计建议。

    Design of a new type SRC transfer structure

Abstract: Based on Baoxing mansion located on Suzhou Wuzhong development zone, according to comparison of different transfer modes, teel latticed wide girder and transformation column with core concrete-filled steel tube was put forward,a useful advice was given for the SRC transfer structure design.
