桩-台复合基础在某山区地基中的应用

[提要]  针对某山区建筑场地不均匀地基在施工中出现桩孔塌方的实际问题,在充分分析桩端土和桩周土性质的基础上,结合圆砾层承载能力高的特点,考虑桩顶承台承担一部分荷载,提出桩和承台联合承载的设计方法。桩按普通桩基设计,要求桩端承载力和桩身承载力都满足设计荷载要求,承台类似于天然地基上的浅埋基础,桩和承台协同工作,沉降一致。

Abstract:Based on the pile hole collapse problem in constructing uneven settlement foundation in mountain area, analyzing fully the properties of soil around pile end and pile shaft, and considering high capacity of pudding stone stratum, a design method is given that loads are bored by both piles and pile caps. In the design method, piles are designed as common piles, and the capacities of pile end and body should all meet design requirements, while pilecap platform is considered as shallow foundation on natural soil.The pile and pilecap platform work together and the settlements of them are the same.
