(深圳左肖思建筑师事务所有限公司,深圳518040)[摘要] 红星国际家具展示中心由六栋塔楼及商业裙房组成,塔楼上部采用剪力墙结构,下部采用框支剪力墙结构;裙房采用框架结构。层5以下为裙房,层6为结构转换层,每三栋塔的转换层连成整体,形成多塔高位转换的复杂高层建筑。采用SATWE及ETABS进行转换层上下刚度比分析,采用层刚度比、等效侧向刚度比及层间位移角比进行评价。给出了转换层刚度比控制分析过程,通过对比多模型、多软件、多指标的计算结果,分析了多塔高位转换对刚度比的影响,并对落地抗震墙进行了加强,从而控制刚度比在合适范围内。

Shear wall structure was adopted on the top of towers, frame transfer and shear wall structure was adopted on the bottom of towers, frame structure was adopted on the podium. There were five stories in the podium and a transfer story on the sixth floor, transfer stories in each ofthe three towers transform a whole structure, which was a multi-tower high-transfer and high-rise building. Stiffness ratio of transfer was carried out with SATWE and ETABS, the high-rise building was estimated through inter-storey stiffness ratio equivalent lateral stiffness ratio and inter-storey displacement angle ratio. The process of control and analysis was given about the transfer structure stiffness ratio, the affect to stiffness ratio of multi-tower and high-transfer structure was studied by comparing the results calculated with several models, several softwares and several items, and the stiffness ratio had been controlled in the appropriate range, after the bottom shear wall was strengthen
