防微振设备基础的设计研究

[提要]  阐述了如何调整防微振设备基础体系的固有频率,使之适当地大于周围振源的强迫振动频率,不发生共振。采取积极隔振和消极隔振措施,使防微振设备基础振动的最大振幅小于允许值。按上述原则成功设计了21台高精密机器、仪器的防微振设备基础,可供类似的工程设计参考。

Analysis on Microvibration Proof Foundation Design/Zheng Huashan(The Architectural Design & Research Institute of Shangdong Province,Jinan 250001,China)
Abstract:The antiresonance method,which makes the system intrinsic frequency properly stronger than the forced frequencies of the ambient vibration sources,is introduced.And the active and passive isolation measures against vibration are developed to limit the maximum amplitude of the microvibration proof foundation to the accepted scope.The foundations of twentyone high precision machines and instruments have been designed and worked successfully under the principles supplied,which can be references to the similar projects.
