唐山第三空间综合体结构设计

摘要]唐山第三空间综合体项目为复杂高层建筑,涉及承受错层梁板作用的框架柱、因竖向构件不连续而形成的转换梁以及方向各异的大跨度悬挑阳台梁板、地下车库的三角形柱网布置等结构构件形式。设计过程中进行了多遇地震的弹性分析及中震、罕遇地震静力弹塑性分析,根据静力弹塑性分析结果对结构进行了优化,从而在实现结构的抗震设防性能目标的同时,尽可能兼顾结构构件的经济性。

Structural design on Tangshan third space complex compound

Abstract: Tangshan third space compound project is a complex high-rise building, involving frame columns withstanding the effect of split-level flat slab, transfer beams formed due to uncontinuous vertical components and large-span cantilevered balcony flat slabs with different directions, triangular column net layout of the underground garage structure, and etc. The elastic analysis under frequent earthquake and Pushover analysis under medium and rare earthquake were studied in the design process. The structure was optimized according to Pushover analysis results. When achieving the structural seismic fortification goals, it also takes the economy of structural members into account as much as possible.
