(1 长沙理工大学土木与建筑学院,长沙410004;2 雅邦建材科技开发有限公司,长沙410015)[摘要] 介绍了一种由石膏板和无机龙骨速拼而成的组合墙体。通过一系列试验,研究了石膏板断裂荷载随含水率变化的关系及有筋和无筋两种无机龙骨受弯破坏的特点。最后对这种新的组合墙体和轻钢龙骨组合墙体分别进行堆载试验,结果表明该无机龙骨石膏板墙体具有优良的受弯性能,可以用来取代轻钢龙骨组合墙体。

With a series of experiments, the fracture load varying with different water content for the plasterboard was studied, and the characteristics of the bending failure for the organic and inorganic skeleton were analyzed. Finally, loading tests were performed on this new rapidwall and composite wall with steel furring. The results show that the new rapidwall holds the excellent bending performance, and can substitute the composite wall with steel furring.
