高烟囱滑模施工平台空间结构三维有限元分析*

[摘要] 高烟囱支承施工平台辐射梁的支承点随烟囱高度增长不断往中心移动,滑模和施工平台在工作过程中处于运动状态,特别是当平台受力不均时会产生不均匀的变形和位移。因此,运动中的施工平台空间力学模型的建立和计算较为繁琐,大多数施工平台结构的设计计算常简化为平面结构进行分析,其结果难以反映施工平台的真实受力状况。以某电厂高烟囱液压同步提升施工平台为背景,考虑最不利工况,建立该施工平台的三维有限元模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对施工平台结构的受力及位移进行计算。结果表明,施工平台的位移以筒壁为支点呈现内沉外翘的趋势;内力除去掉支座位置有突变外,其余杆件受力均匀,呈现对称受力的特点,平台的结构形式对受力的影响较大。

    3D finite element analysis of spatial structure of construction platform of high chimneys

Abstract: The radiation beam support points of tall chimney construction platform move to center bit by bit with chimney height growth, sliding mould construction platform in working process is in motion state, especially when the force state of platform in uniform, it can produce uneven deformation and displacement. Therefore, the establishment and calculation of the space mechanical model of the construction platform in movement is complicated. Design and calculation of most platform structures are often simplified as plane structure. The result cannot reflect the real stress condition of construction platform. Based on a power plant high chimney hydraulic synchronizing lifting construction platform, most unfavorable conditions were considered, ANSYS is used to set up the 3D finite element mode and calculate the stress and displacement of the structure. The results show that the displacements of construcUon platform take the cylinder wall as a fulcrum, and have the trend of the inner sink outside warp. The intemal force of structure member is even and present symmetrical stress characteristics except the bearing position have mutated, and the influence of platform structure form on the stress is strong.
