施工期某钢管模板支架特性实测研究

[摘要] 针对浇筑区域厚板特点(局部达到1500mm),通过现场实测,采取多种测量手段较全面地对结构施工过程中的荷载、材料、内力、变形等特征进行全周期量测,力图全面准确把握模板支架体系在施工期浇筑混凝土过程中的基本特征。通过对现场实测数据的分析和整理,获得了结构在施工过程中的基本特征以及荷载传递和变化规律。发现立杆在浇筑初期应力剧增,养护期间应力变化复杂,故应避免在这一阶段板面出现应力集中;剪刀在浇筑和养护期间应力一直增加,其在维护整个模板体系稳定中起关键作用,在以后的模板体系设计和搭设过程
中应重视剪刀撑的设置。

    Study on measured characteristics of tall formwork support system in construction

Abstract: The characteristics of the load, materials, intemal forces, deformation in construction process were measured on-site through taking diverse means in a complete period, in order to fully and accurately grasp the basic characteristics of the formwork support system in the construction phase of pouring concrete. Through analyzing and comparing the data obtained on-site, the basic features during the construction process, load transfer and variation laws were obtained. It is discovered that the stress of the pole increases during the pouring concrete. The stress changes complexly during maintenance. So plate surface stress concentration should be avoided at tlus phase. The stress of scissors support has increased during the pouring and conservation. It plays a key role in maintaining the stability of whole template system. The settings of scissors should be paid more attention during the formwork support system design and erection.
