FRP增强胶合木梁弯曲蠕变性能研究*

[摘要] 对采用环氧树脂粘合FRP板增强胶合木梁的蠕变性能进行了分析研究。首先对FRP板增强胶合木梁进行了短期荷载分析,得到了初始应变和初始曲率。再根据胶合木、FRP材料的蠕变本构关系,结合Bresler和Selna提出的应力松弛分析方法,进行了蠕变分析,得到了恒温恒湿的条件下胶合木梁横截面的应力、应变随时间变化的函数。分析结果可用于胶合木梁长期荷载作用下弯曲性能的计算和设计。

    Study on bending creep behavior of FRP-reinforced glulam beam

Abstract: The creep performance of glulam beams, which is enhanced by FRP materials bonded with epoxy resin, were analyzed. First, through the short-term load analysis of FRP-reinforced glulam beams, the irutial strain and irutial curvature were obtained. And then, according to material constitutive laws of glulam and FRP, combined with stress relaxation analysis method raised by Bresler and Selna, the creep performance of glulam beams were analyzed. At last, the function of stress and strain changes with time of glulam beams' cross-section is obtained, which is maintained under conditions of constant temperature and humidity. The results can be used for calculation and design of glulam beams bending under long-term load performance.
