(1 中国石油集团工程设计有限责任公司华北分公司,任丘062552;2 中国石油工程建设公司,北京100011;3 湘潭大学文学与新闻学院,湘潭411105)[摘要] 国际石油工程建设极富挑战性和风险性,忽视岩土工程容易出现巨大成本浪费和工期延误,甚至导致灾难性后果。本文通过在乌兹别克斯坦WKC2/3压气站的一些工程实例,介绍了一些国际石油工程建设管理中的岩土工程经验,说明了国际石油工程建设管理中必须消除岩土工程盲区。本文的研究成果与经验对国际石油工程建设的招投标、勘察设计和施工管理等具有很重要的意义。

The neglecting of geotecluucal engineering can lead to huge cost waste, long delay or terrible disaster easily. Some successful experience on geotecluucal engineering in WKC2/3 compressor station in Uzbekistan was introduced. It shows that geotechnical engineering must be highly emphasized in intemational petroleum engineering. The acluevements and experiences have very important reference sense to bidding, reconnaissance and design, construction etc. in intemational petroleum engineering.
