(汕头市澄海区建筑设计院,汕头515800)[摘要] 分析了施工图审查中发现的造成桩基础承载力严重不足的几种常见原因,如不加以改正,则在地震或台风到来时,所设计结构将会像上海莲花河畔景苑倒楼一样破坏。其中主要原因是没有对计算机计算结果进行分析,判断结果是否符合力学原理,结构概念不清晰造成的;另外,《建筑抗震设计规范》第4. 4.1条规定的可不进行桩基抗震承载力验算的范围太广。

The main causes are follows: there is no analysis or judgement on whether the computing results in accord with principles of dynamics, the structural concept is unclear, and the code is too tolerant in stipulating the range without checking the pile's seismic work.
