[提要] 以南京星雨花都住宅小区工程为例,介绍在软弱地质条件下高层建筑的基础设计方法,提出了局部桩筏基础的概念。计算结果对比表明,在桩数和桩位不变的前提下,仅改变筏板的平面布置形式,在一定程度上可起到调节桩反力和筏板应力重分布的作用,桩与筏板共同工作效应明显。此方法为该类型基础设计提供了一个新的解决途径。

Study on Local Pile and Raft Foundation of Xingyuhuadu in Nanjing/Zhang Wei1, Yan Lijun1, Liu Qingshan2(1 Hongkong Huayi Design & Consultant Co.,Ltd., Shenzhen 518031, China; 2 University of Henan, Kaifeng 475001,China)
Abstract:Based on the analysis results of a practical engineering, the foundation design method of tall building in soft soil layer is introduced, and the concept of local raft and pile foundation is brought out. The calculating results show that on the premise of the unchangeable number and position of piles, the form of raft plane influences the resistance force of pile and redistribution of internal force of raft, and the interaction between raft and pile is obviously effective. The new method is provided for the type of foundation design.
