[摘要] 在老厂改扩建工程中，经常遇到新建设备基础基坑需在不停产状态下开挖，基坑开挖深度超过相邻既有基础的情况，因此，基坑支护的安全性、合理性就成为工程能否顺利实施的关键问题。介绍了某钢厂卷取机设备基础深基坑支护方案的要点和设计原则，可供同类设备基础基坑支护设计、施工参考。

Deep excavation supporting for coiling machine of the heavy and medium plate mill for the steelwork

Abstract: In the process of reconstruction or expansion of the old plant, it is often encountered that excavation for the new equipment foundation is carried out without stopping the production or that the depth of the excavation is deeper than the adjacent existing foundation. Therefore, the safety and rationality of the excavation supporting become a key point for the smooth implementation of the project. The key points and design principles of the excavation supporting plan for the foundation of the coiling machine were described, which can provide reference for the design and construction for similar projects.
