[提要] 南山观音圣像位于三亚南海之滨,为佛教和当地旅游业标志性建筑。南山大佛因其建设场地位于海水环境中,像体外形复杂多变,给结构设计带来一些不同于普通房屋建筑结构的特点。针对海水环境对基础的复杂影响,通过分析海水对钢筋混凝土结构的腐蚀成因,设计中采取恰当的水泥品种、低水灰比、厚保护层和环氧树脂涂层钢筋等措施,在海水环境下保证结构的耐久性。针对不规则的形体,采用规则简单的结构体系——由支撑筒组成的主钢架,在规则的主结构体系与不规则的像体外形间灵活布置次钢架,以保证传力途径的简捷,体系有序、传力明确。对主要荷载——风荷载取值的分析判断,既保证结构受力的安全,也考虑到设计的经济、合理,避免过度设计。

Order Structure with Complicated Shape—Structure Design of Mt. Nanshan Guanyin/Jiang Wenwei(East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co.,Ltd., Shanghai 200002,China)
Abstract:Mt. Nanshan Guanyin lies in seaside of the South China Sea in Sanya city, which has been the symbol of Buddhism and local tourism. Due to its specific location with the basement in sea water and complicated statute shape, the design of Mt. Nanshan Guanyin presents different structural characteristics with ordinary building structure. Corresponding to complexity of basement design in seawater, measures of suitable type of cement,low cementwater ratio, thick concrete cover and epoxy resin coated steel bar etc, are adopted in design to guarantee structural durability,by analyzing the causes of concrete corrosion in seawater.Simple order structural system of the main steel frame consisted of braced tube is used in design corresponding to the irregular sculpture shape. Minor steel frames are laid between the main steel frame and sculpture surface to ensure the efficient load transfer. Analysis and judgement of controlling design loadwind load ensure structural safety.
