预应力混凝土抗拔管桩与承台连接方法探讨

[摘要] 预应力混凝土管桩作为抗拔桩使用时,具有抗拔及抗裂性能好、质量稳定、工程造价低、施工周期短等诸多优点,广泛应用于建筑基础工程中。简单叙述了管桩与承台连接的原理及存在问题,结合工程现场实际情况,对连接方式进行了三种改进,有效地解决了管桩作为抗拔桩使用时与承台连接产生的问题,使建筑物基础更加安全、稳定。

Abstract: Prestressed concrete pipe piles used as anti-pulling piles are widely used in building foundation engineering with good quality of uplift, crack resistance, low construction cost, short construction period and many other advantages. A brief description of the pile cap connection with the pipe pile and existing problems were given. Combining with the actual situation of the project site, three connection modes were improved. It is effective to solve the problems caused by the pipe which used as an anti-pulling pile connection with cap.lt makes the building foundation more secure and stable.
