[摘要] 系统地介绍了桩基础的实施程序，从基础选择、设计、施工到质量问题处理、检测、沉降观测全过程阐述桩基考虑因素、处理方法、实施效果，讨论了群桩效应的数值问题。

Abstract: Implement procedure for piles was introduced systematically from choose foundation, design, construction to deal with quality questions, test, subside survey, the factors, ways, effects of implement piles were expounded. The numerical value of group pile effect were discussed.
