(华南农业大学水利与土木工程学院,广州510642)[摘要] 广州某工厂宿舍楼建于20世纪90年代初,由于日常使用、管理不当,在酸性腐蚀环境作用下,部分构件的钢筋出现不同程度锈蚀,导致结构性能衰退。对其进行检测鉴定,综合考虑技术可靠、经济合理和方便施工等因素,比较多种加固方法选择较优方案。经加固处理,该结构耐久性满足现行规范要求和承载安全的要求。以该建筑为鉴,指出一般建筑要注意日常使用和维护;在加固设计中,应当根据结构特点和加固方法的适用性进行多方案的分析、比较,选择较优的方法,切实做到技术可靠、经济合理、方便施工。

Due to the improper utilization and management, in addition to the damage of acidic corrosion environment, steel corrosion has been found in different parts of constructional elements, which has led to architectural functional recession. After studying and detecting, we synthetically take the tecluucal, financial, constructional elements into account, trying to find out the reliable scheme beneficial to the reinforcement. After the reinforcement, the structure meets the requirements of durability and load safety. The dormitory of a typical factory in Guangzhou as a warrung to the study, general building and maintenance of daily use in mind; in the reinforcement, the reinforcement should be based on structural characteristics and applicability of the method for multi-program analysis, comparison, and optimum way selection to make sure technology is reliable, economical, convenient construction.
