某密肋楼盖结构房屋的抗震鉴定分析*

[摘要] 对某密肋楼盖房屋的主体结构进行全面的抗震鉴定,该房屋受当时经济及技术等方面因素的制约,在设计荷载及材料强度取值、结构安全储备大小等方面均较现行国家设计规范和标准要求有一定的差距。为保证房屋用途变更后继续安全使用,进行了原始资料调查、现场检测及结构抗震性能评定,根据评定结果提出了相应的加固方案。加固后的结构基本达到重点设防类抗震设防标准,结构整体性及承载力得到显著提高,改善了结构的安全状况。

    Seismic evaluation and strengtherung design for amulti-ribbed floor building

Abstract: A comprehensive seisnuc evaluation fora multi-ribbed floor building was made. The building, completed in 1982, was designed with low economic and technical, including design load and material strength value, structure security reserve size etc, which cannot meet the demand of the current code. To insure the safety of the building which utility is changed, initial data were investigated, on-site test was performed,and then seismic performance evaluation was made. According to the evaluation, the paper puts forward corresponding reinforcement measures, and the structure achieves the seismic fortification criteria. This not only significantly enhances the structural integrity and load-carrying capacity, but also improves the safety situation of the structure.
