[摘要] 某单位办公楼建于上世纪60年代，是一座砌体结构建筑，目前拟进行装修改造。由于建筑物已使用40多年，而且原设计时没有考虑抗震设防，因而应首先对原建筑物进行抗震鉴定，作为加固改造的依据。介绍了该建筑的现状及存在的主要问题，给出了鉴定结论。

    Seismic appraisal of a masonry structure with five storeys

Abstract: A masonry office building was constructed in 1960s, and now was planned to make the repair transformation. Because the building has been used for more than 40 years and the original design has not considered the earthquake resistance fortification, so the earthquake resistance appraisal to the original building should be camed out as the reinforcement transformation the basis.  The main problems of the old building were introduced, and the appraisal results were presented.
