从结构综合抗震能力角度审视既有房屋抗震鉴定

[摘要] 在近期频繁的地震地质灾害面前,地震灾害对建筑物破坏所引起的人员伤亡已经得到全社会的关注和重视。面对众多存在隐患的建筑物,抗震鉴定工作的重要性和必要性已经愈来愈突显出来。建筑的结构类型、建造年代、使用维护情况、施工质量等情况的不同,抗震能力也有较大不同。在抗震鉴定实际工作中,由于现场检测、鉴定条件所限,规范中鉴定程序规定的每一条要求往往不都是显而易见的,比如砌体结构的构造柱、圈梁配置;楼、屋盖的支撑长度等等,这就需要鉴定人员通过结构的综合抗震能力分析确定鉴定结果。从结构综合抗震能力的角度审视既有房屋的抗震鉴定,把握综合抗震能力这个着眼点,采用逐级鉴定方法,根据建筑结构的本身特点,可提高抗震鉴定的效率和可靠性。

    A general seismic capacity of elasting buildings perspective of seismic appraisal

Abstract: Geological disasters such as earthquakes frequently occurred recently. The damage of buildings caused by earthquakes has been paid attention of the whole society. Faced the buildings with seismic risks, the importance and necessity of seismic appraisal was mcreasingly prominent.  Because of different structure types, building ages, use and maintenance conditions, construction quality, different buildings have quite different seisnuc ability. In practical seisnuc appraisal work, because limited conditions of on-site detection or seismic appraisal, not every requirements in specifications are obviously, such as constructional columns and ring beams in masonry structural; the length of the roof supported, etc. The engineers determine the seismic capacity of existing buildings by way of structural general seismic capacity analysis. The general seismic capacity of existing buildings was inspected from the perspective of seismic appraisal, and the integrated seismic capacity was grasped. Based on characteristics of the building structure itself and using step by step identification method, the efficiency and reliability of seismic appraisal can be improved.
