某教学楼抗震加固及结构形式改造

[摘要] 由于对结构形式及传力机理的不充分了解,很多既有建筑中存在多种结构形式并存的情况,而现行的规范对此类情况是严格禁止的,因为其地震传力途径不合理。框架结构和砌体结构在地震时的响应存在着很大的差异,而单从变形方面来讲,在地震时也极容易造成严重的损坏。因而,在对此类建筑进行抗震加固时必须考虑到这一点。本文结合实际工程,讨论了对此类建筑进行新增防震缝改造的方案。

    Anti-seismic reinforcement and structure-system alteration of a teaclung building

Abstract: A lot of buildings have many structure-systems due to the insufficient prehension of structure-system and force transfer mechanism of designer. And this kind of design is rigidly forbidden by current criterion, for its irrational force transfer path. Framework and masonry structures have huge different seismic response, and it is liable to result in severe damage when merely considering structure deformation. Thus, tlus should be taken into consideration when reinforcing the anti-seismic capacity of buildings. Associated with actual engineering, the project of adding new anti-seismic slot was discussed when reinforcing tlus kind of buildings.
