小学校舍抗震加固技术探讨

[摘要] 依据加固工程中易于出现的技术问题,探讨了保证结构加固质量的设计、构造及施工方法。认为加固结构应注重其抗震的整体性,尤其在原墙体交角处的配筋构造及锚筋设置尤为重要。文中提出在砖墙上对锚筋做拉拔试验意义不大、变截面墙体处穿板筋不应任意弯折、原基础埋深较大时应设置附加基础等建议,对满足抗震设计、利于施工以及降低成本等均有较好的工程实际意义,可供中小学加固工程参考。

Discussion on seismic reinforcement technology of the primary and secondary school buildings

Abstract: On the basis of some technical problems emerging in the reinforcement project, this paper discusses the design, the structural measure and the construction method to ensure the quality in the reinforcement project. The reinforcement stucture should focus on the integrity of seismic reinforcement, especially the reinforcement detailing and anchor bar setting in the original wall angle department. This paper points out that doing drawing experiment to anchor bar in the brick wall has little meaning, the reinforcement through floors in the variable cross-section wall should not be
bended randomly and additional foundation should be set when the original one is very deep. All of these suggestions have more practical engineering significance in meeting the seisnuc design, facilitating the construction and reducing the cost, and can offer valuable reference for the reinforcement project of the primary and secondary schools.
