(辽宁工程技术大学建筑工程学院,阜新123000)[摘要] 平改立铁路架空体系在改造工程中非常关键,一般应用工序复杂、标准性差、施工周期长的纵横梁方法,针对平改立的特点和规范要求,提出采用模块化钢桁架架空体系。应用ANSYS建立了不同跨度模块的钢桁架模型,计算了在列车静载和不同时速列车动载通过时钢桁架的挠度和应力的变化规律。在满足铁路正常行驶所要求的刚度和强度下,对两种不同形式钢桁架体系在不同跨度参数下进行比较分析,给出了可重复使用、模块化的铁路平改立新型架空方案,为平改立铁路提供了新的架空体系。

The vertical and horizontal beam method with complicated process, poor standards and long construction period is applied generally. Aiming at the features and specifications of flat change stand, the use of modular steel truss aerial system was proposed. ANSYS was applied to establish a different span modules steel truss model, and calculate the variation of deflection and stress when the train passed under static load and dynamic load with different speed. In the condition of meeting the requirements of stiffness and strength for the normal running of the railway, comparison and analysis of two different forms in different span and parameters of steel truss system were given. The reusable and modular railway flat change stand new overhead system was provided.
