自燃煤矸石全集料混凝土强度研究

[摘要] 针对煤矸石占用大量耕地并对环境造成污染等问题,对阜新高德矿堆积的自燃煤矸石进行了性能测试,通过机械破碎、筛分级配等制成煤矸石粗细集料代替天然砂石配制C15~ C40共6组煤矸石全集料混凝土试件,进行了抗压、劈拉试验。研究结果表明:煤矸石集料可以代替天然集料制备出C15~ C40不同强度等级的混凝土,其配制的混凝土性能优良,不仅实现了固体废弃物的减排目标,而且缓解了硬质石材短缺的问题,具有双重效益。

    Strength study on spontaneous combustion gangueentire aggregate concrete

Abstract: The properties of spontaneous combustion gangue produced from Fuxin Gaode nune were tested, aiming at solving the problems of gangue, such as taking up a lot of farmland and polluting the environment etc. Then mechanical crushing and screerung grading methods were used to make gangue aggregate in place of natural sand.  Six groups of C15-C40 concrete specimens were made and the compressive strength and splitting strength test was carried out. The results show that gangue aggregate can take the place of natural sand to make different strengths of nice-feature concrete. At last, the methods could not only aclueve the solid waste reduction but also alleviate the problem of shortage of hard stone materials, which getting the double benefits.
