钢筋混凝土方烟囱有限元分析研究

[摘要] 圆形截面的钢筋混凝土烟囱在风荷载作用下的受力性能已有较为成熟的研究成果,但钢筋混凝土方烟囱目前还研究较少,尤其是在风荷载作用下的内力分布。通过对东莞一套筒式钢筋混凝土方烟囱采用MIDAS软件进行风荷载作用下的有限元分析,得出其受力特点,包括模态分析得出其周期和振型分布、风荷载作用下的轴力和位移分布、剪力滞后效应随高度增高而逐渐减弱、烟囱墙体从受拉控制逐渐变为受压控制、倾覆弯矩随高度的变化情况、安装洞及烟道进口处的应力分析。通过受力分析对烟囱重点部位进行加强以保证结构的整体性能和使用安全,并对方烟囱的横向风振进行了探讨。

    Analysis and research of reinforced concrete square clumney

Abstract: The basic mechanical behavior of circular cross section of the chimney in wind load has a mature research achievement, but far less square clumney, especially the intemal force distribution in the wind load. Through the finite element analysis on the canular multibulb chimney in Dongguan using MIDAS, the mechanical characteristics of which was obtained, including the period and mode of vibration distribution through the modal analysis, the axial force and displacement distribution in wind loads, the shear lag effect gradually decreasing wlule height increasing, the chimney wall gradually becoming pressure control from the tensile control and overthrow bending moment change situation with height, the stress analysis of installation holes and flue inlet. The stress analysis on clumney key parts was done in order to strengthen and ensure the integral structure performance and security. The chimney lateral wind vibration was discussed.
