聚丙烯纤维混凝土在干湿循环下的氯离子渗透性能研究*

[摘要] 处于浪溅区或水位变动区的海工混凝土结构,由于受到氯离子的侵蚀,钢筋会发生严重的锈蚀破坏。研究了在干湿循环作用下不同掺量聚丙烯纤维混凝土的抗氯离子侵蚀性能及氯离子在混凝土中的分布规律,结果表明聚丙烯纤维掺量对混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能产生很大的影响,掺入0.1%的聚丙烯纤维可以显著提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透能力,但是掺入过量的聚丙烯纤维反而会降低混凝土的抗氯离子渗透能力。

    Analysis on chloride ion permeability of polypropylene fiber concrete under the effect of wet-dry cycles

Abstract: The marine concrete structures at splash zone or water level changing area will be serious damaged due to the erosion of chloride ion. The concrete resistance to chloride ion permeability and chloride ion distribution in concrete under the effect of wet-dry cycles with different contents of the polypropylene fiber was analyzed. The results show that the polypropylene fiber content in the concrete has a great impact on resistance to chloride ion permeability. Concrete nuxed with 0.1% polypropylene fiber can significantly improve concrete resistance to chloride ion permeability, but excessive polypropylene fibers will reduce the concrete resistance to chloride ion permeability.
