桩土-基础底板-上部结构协同的实用分析方法与应用

[提要]  在考虑上部结构基础底板桩土协同作用分析方法的研究基础上,提出了一种较为实用的计算方法:采用Poulos解或Geddes解分析桩土刚度,用Reissner厚板理论计算底板内力与变形,用有限元法分析上部结构。该方法能考虑桩土变刚度、底板变厚度、抗拔桩、不均匀土层、网格自动剖分等因素,解决实际工程中遇到的各种复杂问题的计算。在上海环球金融中心工程中,用该方法得到了桩顶的反力、基础沉降、底板内力等计算结果,据此进行地基基础的设计及变形、内力实测的布置。

Introduction and Application of the Utility Calculation and Analysis Method Considering the Combined Action of PileSoilRaftSuperstructure/Wang Weidong1, Shen Zhaowu2, Wu Jiangbin1(1 East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China; 2 Geotechnical Engineering Department of Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China)
Abstract:Some analysis method has been described that can consider the combined action of the pilesoil, raft and superstructure. A utility method has been summarized. In the method, Poulos or Geddes theory are used to count pilesoil system; Reissner thick plank theory is used to calculate raft, and the finite element method is used to analyse the superstructure. Through considering pilesoil stiffness changing, raft thickness changing, uplift piles, and inhomogeneous soil layer and so on, the method will become one of combined action design method which can accord with actual structure. Shanghai World Financial Centers axial forces of pile, settlement of foundation and stress of raft have been calculated by this method. This buildings actual measurements are also introduced.
