现浇空心无梁楼盖在工业厂房与仓储工程中的应用与设计

[摘要] 介绍了现浇空心板楼盖应用于大柱网、大荷载仓储及厂房结构的设计实例。根据板式楼盖的受力特点,确定合理的结构布置方式。采用细分板单元模型进行精细化分析,根据其应力分布规律,优化了结构布置,采取合适的配筋方式及构造措施。通过几个实际工程的对比分析,空心板楼盖在大跨度、大荷载结构中,比梁板式楼盖更为经济有效。本文还对现有规程的一些规定进行了讨论。

    Design and applications of hollow flat slab structure in the industrial buildings and warehouses

Abstract: Hollow flat slab structure is one of the structure forms suitable for large span and heavy load. Several examples show that hollow flat slab structure can get better applicability and better economy than beam-column structure. Those examples had been designed using finite element analysis method. According to the stress distribution of the hollow flat slab, the structurallayout and reinforcement layout had been optimized, which can make sure of security and economy. In addition, some provisions of the tecluucal codes have been discussed.
