贝壳状骨架膜结构设计

[摘要] 结合工程实例,研究了扁平贝壳状骨架支承膜屋面与围护材料选择、荷载取值、结构及基础设计。提出了结合不同季节、不同部位的日照分析、热工性能和排水能力,选取膜结构屋面建筑积水(冰)、积雪等荷载,合理调整膜结构的网格尺寸与截面类型、构件尺度,加强结构的节点刚度与底部结构刚度,以保证结构的安全性及施工的便捷性。

Abstract: Combining the project, the research on the conchoidal membrane framework roof, the surrounding material choice, the value of load, and the design of framework and foundation was studied. The sunshine analysis in different season and at different position, the pyrology capability and drain capability were taken into account when selecting load of seeper (ice), snow on roof, adjusting the size of grid, section type and component scale suitably, strengthening the rigidity of nodes and bottom structure to ensure the security of the structure and the convenience of construction.
