[摘要] 以中信城2#地块住宅设计为例，阐述了高层住宅在设计过程中考虑的诸多因素：合理控制结构变形；地下车库楼盖合理选型；地上结构合理优化；剪力墙边缘构件合理配筋；抗震构造措施；结构材料合理选择等。

    Structural optimization design in the second phase of Zhongxin City

Abstract: ln the structural design of the second phase of Zhongxin City, some factors were considered as following:how to control the structural distortion, how to select a reasonable floor for the basement,  optimization design for the up structure, reasonable reinforced steel to the shear wall system, aseismatic measures, materials choosing, and so on.
