[摘要] 简单介绍了超限高层抗震设防专项审查的重要性，并结合工程实例详细介绍超限高层超限分析内容、结果及超限审查意见。通过抗震设防专项审查专家提出有利于结构抗震的意见和建议，对结构抗震设计起到很大的指导作用。

    The special review analysis of an actual engineering beyond the scope of design codes

Abstract: The importance of the seismic fortification special review about the tall buildings beyond the scope of design codes was briefly introduced. Combined with engineering example, the tall buildings beyond the scope of design codes analysis content, results and experts examination suggestions were introduced in detail. Through the seismic fortification special review, the experts put forward many reasonable and practical opinions and suggestions, and this has played a significant role in guiding the seismic design.
