[摘要] 阐述了上海市第六人民医院综合楼的结构设计过程。总结了医疗建筑的荷载取值方法。针对结构的超限情况，设计时采用弹性时程分析方法进行了多遇地震下的补充计算。重点介绍了新旧建筑之间单跨钢连廊的设计方法和构造措施。由于本工程邻近地铁，桩基和地下结构的设计均考虑了对周边环境产生的影响。

    Structural design of Shanghai Sixth People'S Hospital building

Abstract: Structural design process of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital building was introduced.  Calculation of the medical building load value was summarized. Considering out-of-codes situation, calculations with elastic time history analysis methods were adopted under frequent earthquake. Design methods and structural measures of single-span steel comdor between the old and the new buildings were highlighted. As the project is near the subway, the impact of piles and underground structures design on the surrounding environment were taken into account.
