某8度区超高层建筑结构方案选择及优化研究

[摘要] 针对8度区某高度超过200m的超高层建筑结构,提出了框筒、筒中筒、多筒结构设计方案。通过大量计算及提出的五项评判准则对比分析表明,筒中筒结构体系在高烈度区超高层建筑中具有显著优势;针对筒中筒结构体系的刚度优化、“剪力滞”降低及增大柱距等关键技术问题,提出增设剪力墙的多简体系、设置斜撑桁架转换结构等解决方案;同时,对斜撑转换桁架的力学性能进行了分析。结果表明,转换层上、下弦杆均为偏心受拉构件。

    Structural scheme selection and optimization of asuper high-rise building in 8 degree areas

Abstract: A super high-rise building structure with the height exceeding 200 meters in 8 degree areas was studied, and schemes of framed tube, tube-in-tube,  multi-tube were camed out. By virtue of large amount of computation and the presented five evaluation criteria, the conclusions is derived that the tube-in-tube system has great advantage on super lugh-rise buildings in high earthquake intensity areas. To the key problems of stiffness optinuzation of tube-in-tube, reduction of the shear lag effect and column distance, some schemes were presented, which contains multi-tube systems with shear walls and setting modified scissors truss structure.  Besides, the mechanic property of brace transfer trusses was analyzed. The result shows that the upper bracing and lower bracing are both eccentric tension components.
