[摘要] 中铁西北科研院科技大厦是一座综合性建筑，设置裙楼四层，塔楼三座。其中两座塔楼具有多项超限。根据各项超限程度等，重点介绍了控制结构安全的一些技术措施，以期对类似工程有一定的借鉴作用。

High-rise structural design of the Science and Technology Mansion of Northwest Research Institute Co.,  Ltd.  of C.R.E.C.

Abstract: The Science and Technology Mansion of Northwest Research Institute Co., Ltd. of C.R.E.C.is a multi function building with a four-story podium and three tower buildings. There are over-limit configurations with two of the tower buildings.  According to the high-rise structure, some technical measures to ensure the structural safety were introduced, and these measures would provide references for similar projects.
