主圆支方钢管T形节点承载力有限元分析研究

[摘要] 钢管T形相贯节点中弦杆为圆管,腹杆为方管或矩形管的节点形式,在我国现行设计规范中还没有强度计算公式;欧洲规范虽然给出了强度计算公式,但是此公式与弦杆为圆管,腹杆为工字钢的计算公式形式相同。分析表明,欧洲规范给出的公式适用于腹杆为工字钢的节点形式,在计算腹杆为方、矩形管时可能偏于保守,其保守程度随着弦杆壁厚的增大加剧。另一方面主圆支方T形相贯节点形式中,将腹杆绕其轴转过一定角度再连于弦杆上,可以提高承载力,但是对材料性能的要求应提高。

    FEM analysis for the T joint with CHS chord and RHS brace subject to axial-load

Abstaract: The strength formulae for the T-joint with circular hollow section chord and rectangular hollow section brace (CHS-RHS T-joint) do not exist in current Chinese GB code. Although Eurocode3 has the strength formulae for CHS-RHS joint; there is general one used for both CHS-RHS T-joint and CHS chord and H steel brace T-joint. The thicker the thickness of chord member is, the more conservative of the design strength becomes by the formula. The skewed CHS- RHS T-joint is also analyzed and it is revealed that this kind joint can increase joint resistance, but it tends to increase demand for plastic properties of steel.
