(1 同济大学土木工程学院,上海200092;2 同济大学土木工程防灾国家重点实验室,上海200092)[摘要] 本文对直缝圆钢管构件采用十字形交叉和T形交叉这两种对接焊缝构造形式拼接时的管件静力承载性能进行了试验研究。通过对试验现象的观察和分析,对比考察了这两种不同焊接构造形式下管件的力学行为。研究结果表明:当分别采用这两种不同的焊接构造形式时,两试件的破坏模式和极限承载力均不相同,但是试件中所有对接焊缝自始至终都表现出良好的受力性能;若焊缝质量满足一级焊缝质量等级要求,则其承载能力不低于管件本身的承载能力。

(1 College of Civil Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China; 2 State Key Laboratory for Disaster Mitigation in Civil Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: In this study, an experiment was camed out to investigate the static mechanical behavior of spliced seam welded circular steel tubes that were respectively spliced by two different constructional forms of welding, namely cruciform butt welds and T-cross butt welds. The mechanical behaviors of the tubes with the two different forms of welding were compared through the test observations and analysis. The present investigations demonstrated that the failure modes and the ultimate bearing capacity of the two specimens were different when the two different constructional forms of welding were used. However, all the butt welds showed a very good mechanical performance throughout the entire loading process; the bearing capacity of the welds was no less than that of the steel tube itself if the quality of welds can meet quality class.
