(1 中国建筑第八工程局有限公司,上海200120;2 同济大学土木学院,上海200092)[摘要] 铸钢节点作为一种新型的节点形式目前已经广泛应用于大跨空间结构中。由于节点本身造型的复杂性,其计算必须借助于有限元软件进行分析。对于较重要的工程及受力较为复杂的铸钢节点还需要通过一定的试验来验证有限元建模的准确性。运用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对航海博物馆帆体连接处的铸钢节点C进行真实工作状态的模拟和分析,考虑材料非线性,并通过试验进行验证,说明模型建立正确且与试验吻合较好。从而为工程设计、分析提供参考。

The analysis of the cast-joint must be processed by some firute element software because the shape of the joint is very complex. By the aid of finite element analysis software ANSYS, authors particularly model and analyze the cast-steeljoints designed at the joint of the Sailing Museum structure, simulate the cast-steel joints' working status, consider the material nonlinear, validate the results via tests, then offer consults to the engineering design.
