钢结构节点研究

[摘要] 钢结构节点设计通常将连接节点分为刚接和铰接两种形式,简单、常规的连接节点可以很快判断节点的刚接性能,但复杂的的连接节点如何判断刚接性能是一直亟待解决的问题。本文讨论了国内外钢结构连接节点分类及研究现状,寻求操作上判断刚接和铰接节点的方法,提出了判断节点刚度性能的两个条件。结合亚运城体操馆工程关键刚接节点,通过计算确定了7种形式的节点连接刚性性能,比较了每种节点形式的弯矩转角关系即M- θr曲线,确定了最终的节点形式,尝试了刚接节点的不同实现形式。

    Study on steel structure joints

Abstact: Steeljoint usually design to rigid or pinned connection. Simple and common joints can be judged rapidly its stiffness properties, but how to judge the complex joints stiffness properties is urgently to be solved. The steel joints stiffness classification and current status of the study at home and aboard is discussed in tlus paper to find a method to judge the rigid or pinned properties. Then, two criterions is put forward to judge the stiffness properties. With the key jorut of Asian Games gymnastics stadius, we try to look for serveral rigid joints forms.  Subsequently,7 kinds of joints stiffness properties is determined by the two criterions with FEM algorithm. The moment-rotation relationslup (M- θr) curve of the 7 kinds joints is contrasted.
