(上海建筑设计研究院,上海 200041)[摘要] 黑瞎子岛展览温室屋盖采用一种单层网壳结构体系,空间形态由椭球面切割而成。网壳边界部分落地,部分落于斜柱顶端。整个结构在两侧端部处对温度作用比较敏感,采用径向和环向弹性滑动支座释放支座处推力;斜柱顶端设置檐口圈梁,并设置内斜撑以平衡支座推力。文中详细介绍了该结构体系的特点、静力性能和温度作用影响。对结构进行的线性屈曲分析及考虑几何和材料非线性的稳定分析的结果表明,结构有良好的受力性能。

( Shanghai Institute Architectural Design &Research Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200041, China)Abstract: A new type of single-layer lattice dome was applied in the roof structure of the greenhouse in the Heixiazi Islands, which come from a ellipsoid cut by a space curve. The whole steel roof was composed of grid elements which were laid on base RC-wall and inclined steel columns. The temperature variation affected the inner force in both small ends of structure. Sliding supports with springs were adopted to release most radial and perimeter thrust. The thrust forces in the eaves ring beam were balanced by triangle ties composed of inclined steel columns. The introduction of the structure features, behaviors and optimization was presented, which includes: the whole shell behavior and overall stability ( buckling) analysis, the temperature effects analysis. The linear and nonlinear buckling analyses were conducted to study the structural stability. The results showed that this structure is good in the mechanical properties.
