深圳市当代艺术馆与城市规划展览馆表皮钢结构非线性稳定性分析

[摘要] 深圳市当代艺术馆与城市规划展览馆的外表皮钢结构为复杂不规则网壳结构,而对于网壳结构尤其是单层网壳结构稳定性验算已经成为设计中的关键问题。本文结合实际工程,利用通用有限元软件ABAQUS对结构进行了特征值屈曲分析、非线性屈曲稳定性的全过程分析,在这个过程中考虑了几何初始缺陷、荷载工况以及材料非线性对结构稳定性的影响,最后对表皮钢结构优化设计前后稳定性能进行了分析对比,根据分析结果给出结论和建议。

Nonlinear stability analysis of exterior steel structure of MOCAPE

Abstract: The exterior steel structure of Museum of Contemporary Art and Plamung Exhibition of Shenzhen is an irregular lattice shell, and for lattice shells, especially for the single-layer lattice shells, the stability of lattice shells have become a key issue in the design. Based on the actual project, eigenvalue buckling analysis and all course tracing of the stability with ABAQUS generally finite element analysis program were carried out, and then considering initial imperfection, load cases and material nonlinearity on the influence of structural stability in this process. Finally a contrast analysis was done for the exterior steel structure before and after optimum design, and the conclusions and reasonable suggestions are given.
