(西安建筑科技大学土木学院,西安 710055)[摘要] 大型炼铁高炉承受的荷载大且不对称,它不同于一般的框架结构可简单地采用平面分析计算,空间作用不可忽视。采用SAP2000有限元软件,对高炉框架系统、粗煤气系统及重力除尘器系统进行整体三维空间建模,采用一阶弹性分析方法,真实反映结构的受力状况,验算承载力极限状态和正常使用极限状态。

( School of Civil Engineering, Xian University of Arclutecture and Technology, Xi' an 710055, China)Abstract: Because of the large and asymmetric load it supports,the large-scale blast fumace is different from the general framework which can be easily calculated with plane analysis method, its space action can not be ignored. Make whole three-dimensional model for the blast furnace, the raw gas system and the gravity dust remover with SAP2000, reflect the real force status of the structure by using first-order elastic analysis method, check the bearing capacity limit state and normal use limit state.
