[摘要] 介绍了京基金融中心施工模拟分析情况，考虑徐变收缩和施工过程的混凝土构件竖向变形分析，利用ETABS程序对结构进行了弹性施工模拟，并对一次加载和多次加载进行对比，得出比较符合实际情况的结论，对同类工程具有指导意义。

Construction simulation analysis of Kingkey Financial Center

Abstract: The construction simulation analysis of Kingkey Financial Center was described. Creep and shrinkage and construction process of vertical deformation of the concrete structures were considered. Construction simulation was analyzed using ETABS program.A load and multiple loads were compared. The conclusions relatively conform to reality, which can provide reference for sinular projects.
