(中国中铁置业集团有限公司设计研发部,北京 100055)[摘要] 超高层结构中经常会用到转换结构,近年来又出现了搭接柱和搭接墙转换结构,以实现柱或墙上下层错位不大时的变位转换。以某超高层实际工程为背景,重点阐述了搭接墙的工作机理,结合有限元软件LSDYNA对搭接墙进行的非线性有限元分析结果,给出了工程应用的实用设计方法。并通过搭接墙的拟静力试验结果分析,验证了搭接墙是一种可靠的转换结构,给出的设计方法简单、实用。

Its categories have been widened by eccentric lapping column/wallin recent years. The two structure forms are developed to cater for structure transferring with small center shift of column or wall. A real super high-rise project is taken as the example to explain the working mechanism and the practical design method for eccentric lapping wall. FEA is camed out with software LS-DYNA. Simulative static tests are also presented to justify the feasibility and reliability of eccentric lapping wall, and also to justify the proposed design method.
