[摘要] 通过一幢扭转不规则高层结构的设计，对不同扭转位移比调整方法作了对比分析，分析结果表明：减少扭转位移比应采用增大结构抗扭则度而非削弱侧向刚度的方法。

Abstract: In this paper,different methods of a high-rise building torsion displacement ratio adjustment were compared, the result shows that the right method is not by decreasing the lateral stiffness but by increasing the torsion stiffness.
