[摘要] 本文结合北京远洋山水东区项目结构设计，对大底盘、多塔楼建筑的结构设计进行了介绍，详细阐述了地下车库无梁楼盖设计方法、车库与主楼连接处基础处理方法、超长地下室处理措施及剪力墙结构设计常见问题的处理方法。最后介绍了使工程经济指标最合理应注意的一些问题。

Structural design of the East Area of Beijing Yuanyangshanshui

Abstract: Through the east area of beijing Yuanyangshanshui project design, this paper introduces huge bases-multi towers buildings structural design, elaborates on the design methods of flat slab and the connection with the basic between underground garage and main building, the treatment measures of overlengthy basement and treatment methods of shear wall structure design. the approach to make the most reasonable economic indicators should pay attention to the problem.
