[摘要] 本文介绍了东莞顶峰结构高层住宅方案优化的设计过程，引入了流程控制方法对结构方案经济性的控制方法，通过不同阶段不同结构经济性流程控制方法，确保好钢用在刀刃上，为结构设计经济性控制探索了一条结构经济合理性的流程控制之路。
