武汉某超限高层住宅结构设计

[摘要] 城市核心区域的大型商场结合超高层住宅建设项目日益增多,采用高位转换的框支剪力墙结构设计问题值得关注。本工程主体结构总高度133m,转换层高度34m,采用框支剪力墙结构,为规则性超限结构。针对本工程的特点,结合超限审查时专家的建议,介绍了此工程超限情况及所采取的措施,包括计算分析和构造措施;并简要介绍了结构整体计算分析的内容、结果。

Structure design of an overrun high-rise residential brulding

Abstract: As the shopping mall combining high-rise residential construction project increasing in the urban core area, the design problem of high-transition frame supported shear wall structure is deserved attention. This proposed project is a frame supported shear wall regularity off-gauge structure, which total structural height is 133m and the transfer level height is 34m. Aiming at the characteristics of this project and the advices from the experts in off-gauge review, the situation of the engineering off-gauge was introduced, including calculation, analysis and construction technologies.  In addition, the calculation and analysis of the whole structure was briefly introduced.
