(中国建筑设计研究院,北京 100044)[摘要] 本工程为一现代教育类建筑综合体,涉及大跨度框架梁柱布置、大跨度悬挑梁以及贯穿多层的单坡屋面布置、结构单元的多塔分布等等结构形态。设计过程中进行了结构整体的多模型分析和多方案比对设计;根据计算的结果对结构进行了优化,从而在实现结构的良好抗震性能目标的同时,尽可能地兼顾建筑结构的造价经济合理。

( China Architecture Design &Research Group, Beijing 100044, China)Abstract: This project is a modem education class building complex compound, involves the long span frame beam column arrangement, the long span cantilever beam as well as penetration multi layer single-pitch roof arrangement, structural unit multi-tower distribution and so on. The structure whole multi-model analysis and the multi-plans companson was carried out. It carried on the optimization according to the computation result to the structure, thus during realizing the good earthquake resistance performance goal of the strucure, gives dual attention to the construction cost to be reasonable as far as possible.
