[摘要] 胜利塔为渡江战役纪念馆的主体建筑之一。胜利塔平面呈五角星形，体型独特，高宽比达15.5，风荷载体型系数的确定及横风向风振的计算为结构设计关键问题之一。对两种基础布置方案进行了对比，并验算了结构抗倾覆稳定性。

Some key problems in structure design of victory tower in changjiang-crossing campaign memorial project

Abstract: Victory tower is one of main buildings of Changjiang-crossing Campaign Memorial( CCM)  Project. It has a unique body shape with pentagram plan and height-width ratio of 15.5. Determination of wind load body coefficients and calculation of crosswind vibration are key problems in structure design. Two foundation arrangement schemes were analyzed comparatively, and stability against overtuming of the structure was checked.
